AfriNIC: The author has submitted a very similar proposal, AFPUB-2010-GEN-002: Abuse Contact Information in the AfriNIC service region, which is now under discussion.
ARIN: An abuse-POC exists for Organizational ID identifiers. LACNIC: An abuse-c exists for inetnum, inet6num, and aut-num objects. RIPE: An IRT (Incident Response Team) object can be linked to inetnum and inet6num objects. |
