Transfer of historical Internet number resources

APNIC policies guide the transfer of historical Internet number resources.

How to proceed

  • If the IPv4 addresses or AS numbers (Internet number resources) are currently held under an APNIC account, the APNIC account holder must complete the Historical transfer form below and email the completed forms to admin@apnic.net.
  • If the IPv4 addresses or AS numbers are not currently held under an APNIC account, fill in the Declaration and Agreement forms. Click here for the guide on how to complete the forms and information about APNIC account set-up to manage these resources.
  • APNIC will register the transferred resources in the APNIC Whois Database and notify the APNIC Member when the transfer has been completed.
