Notes on the use of APNIC RPKI
These notes should be read in conjunction with the RPKI Certified Practice Statement (CPS), and in particular, the limitation of liability provision in clause 9.8 of the CPS. Nothing in this note should be taken to reduce the effect of those provisions.
APNIC provides RPKI certificates to holders of Internet Number Resources (INR). Each certificate holder is liable for all aspects of the use of the certificate and the creation of RPKI signed objects.
The access and use of the RPKI Repository and all associated data is at the user’s own risk entirely.
As highlighted in clause 9.8 of the RPKI CPS, APNIC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to, damages to the user’s business, loss of profit, damages to third parties, personal injury or damages to property, except in cases involving wilful misconduct on the part of APNIC.
Users of this service are responsible for making decisions based on the latest version of the RPKI Repository. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they use the most up to date version of the RPKI Repository.
