| Description | A network change caused some reach-ability problems in 2 subnets in one of our Brisbane datacenters. There was an existing configuration error which when combined with the change caused the outage. A review of all routing configuration will be done to identify any other configuration errors and prevent this type of outage from occurring in future. |
